1. Who Can Use LIVENET

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian’s permission to use the Services.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for your LIVENET account and all the activity on it. You are also responsible for keeping your password confidential. If you believe that your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

3. User Conduct and Content

LIVENET is a platform for real people, real moments, and real connections. We expect all users to be respectful and to not post content that:

• Is illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or pornographic.
• Infringes on any third party's rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, and publicity rights.
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading.
• Promotes self-harm, violence, or dangerous activities.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion.

4. Live Streaming and Challenges

Live streaming is a core feature of LIVENET. When you broadcast, you are responsible for the content of your stream. Challenges, including those generated by our AI Game Master, are meant for fun and engagement. You must not perform any challenge that is dangerous, illegal, or harmful to yourself or others. You participate in challenges at your own risk.

5. AI Features

LIVENET uses generative AI to power features like the in-stream assistant and game prompt generation. While we strive to ensure the AI is helpful and safe, its responses may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for how you use information or suggestions provided by the AI. Do not rely on the AI for medical, legal, or financial advice.

6. Your Content and Permissions You Give Us

When you share, post, or upload content that is covered by intellectual property rights (like photos or videos) on or in connection with our Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to host, use, distribute, modify, run, copy, publicly perform or display, translate, and create derivative works of your content. This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your personal information.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. LIVENET will not be liable for any incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
